We are a non-profit organization that operates in cooperation with the Department of the Navy, to introduce youth between the ages of 11 and 17 to Naval life, to develop in them a sense of pride, patriotism, courage, and self-reliance, and to maintain an environment free of drugs and gangs.

Our only means of financial support is through donations from local businesses and individuals. All of our adult staff members are retired military and civilian volunteers.

It is our hope that you will find our organization a worthy candidate for a financial donation. Know that your donation will be used strictly for the benefit of the youth. These funds will be used to help purchase uniforms for new cadets, as well as assist with expenses for annual training sessions which are held at around the country, aboard ship and around the world.
